  • After they’ve entered the flight details (destination, dates, number of passengers) hit the Find Flights buton, the first solutions appearing on top of the lists were the flights with at least 1 Stop. Having kids with them, neither of them preferred to travel for longer hours than necessary. They had to go for the Filters and try to find the Non-stop option.
  • The fact that Filter and Sort options were in the same place were also bothersome for them. They were used to see them seperated.

Redesigning Wireframes

  • Putting a ticking box for the Non-stop flight option to make it easier to access and prevent the user getting lost in the Filters.
  • Seperating the filter and Sort options to avoid confusion.
